Frequently Asked Questions

How does the judging process work?

Judges will review written submissions and may telephone or email you with questions if they wish for you to clarify or elaborate on any aspect of your entry.

Shortlisted entries will be visited by three Judges who have been assigned to each award category. Please allow 1-2 hours for this visit.

How do you manage conflicts of interest?

Prior to the allocation of awards entries, the Convenor of Judges meets with the judges. Conflicts of interest are disclosed at this time. Where a conflict arises, the judge concerned is assigned to another category or has no input into the evaluation of that particular entry.

When will you start filming the 30-second promotional video?

Upon submission of your award entry, you will be contacted by Golem Productions Ltd to arrange a mutually convenient time to commence production.
