Paul started his health care career with European Pharmaceutical Companies in 1977 in both sales and sales management, and then moved to a NZ Healthcare Company called PSM. Paul performed various functional roles in PSM including Sales & Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Amcal Board Member and finally GM Marketing. During this time Paul completed 9 continuous years at University part time, completing a Management Diploma, Marketing Diploma and MBA from Auckland University. In 2005 Blackmore’s NZ Limited approached PSM to integrate this supplement company. This was a very successful J/V and allowed Paul to move from the “sickness” industry to “wellness”. After 2-3 years with Blackmore’s, Paul accepted a CEO role with Good Health Products Limited for 3 years then moved to Easiyo in December 2009 as their first professional CEO to consolidate the Westland 100% acquisition. In the 4 years with Easiyo Paul nearly doubled sales from $25m to $47m and significantly increased penetration in Asia as well as the EU. Paul planned the building of a new warehouse in 2012 and gained NZTE financial support for investment in China in 2013.
